Who we are
Dominion Company SA is a Geneva advisory firm. We began in the administration of family wealth, and added the disciplines our clients kept asking us to cover: accounting, tax and, later, the information systems that hold it all together.
The firm is deliberately small and senior. The person who scopes a mandate is the person who runs it, and our clients speak to partners rather than to a coordination layer. It is why we take on fewer projects than we could, and why most of our work comes from clients we already have.
Our clients are private banks and wealth managers, family offices, trust companies and fiduciaries, Swiss SMEs and international corporates. What they have in common is complexity — several jurisdictions, several systems, several generations — and a preference for advisers who stay after the first phase.

Leads the IT practice. Thirty years in IT leadership, trading and international portfolio management, with a master's in computer sciences, mathematics and international finance.
Jean-Luc Merryweather
Director
Oversees the accounting, tax and family office practices. Former head of finance at Lloyds Bank International Private Banking in Geneva, with four decades in banking and investment management.
