The content of this site is provided for general information. It does not constitute IT, accounting, tax or legal advice, and no client relationship arises from consulting it. Advice is given only under a written engagement.
Data we collect
This site does not use tracking cookies and does not profile visitors. If you write to us through the contact form, we receive the name, company, email address, telephone number, subject and message you enter, and they are sent to us by email; the form stores nothing on this site. If you contact us by email or telephone instead, we receive the details you give us that way. In either case we process those details for the sole purpose of answering you and, where a mandate follows, of performing it.
How we hold it
Client data is held on systems located in Switzerland and the European Union, access-controlled and retained only for as long as our legal and professional obligations require. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or ask us to delete it where no legal retention duty applies. Write to info@dominioncompany.ch.
Professional secrecy
All members of the firm are bound by professional secrecy. It survives the end of the mandate.
